Scrum Masters on live Projects.
We follow a Design Led Agile Delivery methodology. We equip our trainee scrum masters to deliver software products by interacting and collaborating with our developers within the scrum teams.
Our trainee scum masters facilitates the scrum events and the whole process end to end.
We ensure that they are infused into this way of working and they act as coaches and mentors within the teams.
They also have access to mentorship during the course of their hands on projects.
As a company our aim is to provide end to end delivery of products and we also ensure that the handover to our clients are seamless.
